Products are dispatched from our warehouse in specially packed containers with necessary cooling materials to ensure melt-free delivery.

* Orders for Bilaspur (C.G) will be delivered within 48 hours.

* Other cities might take up to a maximum of 5 days to receive your order, depending on inventory & transit time.
All Pan India orders placed on Friday(after 3pm), Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday morning

Bilaspur: In case of non-availability at your residence, our customer care will try reaching you on the registered mobile number. The order will accordingly be rescheduled only after getting a confirmation from your end.
For all other cities: Our courier service provider will contact you for delivery. In case of incorrect contact / shipping details/ unavailability to accept the order - then the order will be returned back to the nearest hub. We will attempt the delivery again but in this case Frio & Forro would not be liable for melting complaints.

Please verify your purchase at the time of delivery. In case of any discrepancy noticed later please write to frioandforro@gmail.com or call us on +91 7024887262 (working hours 10 am to 7pm IST, Monday through Saturday except public holidays) within 24 hours of delivery and we will be sure to assist you appropriately. Post 24 hours Cococart will not be liable for any such complaints.

Products once delivered, cannot be returned / exchanged /replaced as we deal in perishable items. We would however definitely replace products or provide a refund if they are damaged in transit or If there is any visible defect in the product quality. In such cases the same needs to be flagged to us within 24 hours of delivery.

As we are investing heavily on the right delivery solutions to ensure your products reach you in perfect condition, we levy a delivery charge of ₹99 for pre-paid orders.

To cancel your order, it would have to be cancelled prior to it being dispatched from our warehouse. You can send us an e-mail on frioandforro@gmail.com with the details like, date of order, order number and reason for cancellation; or else reach out to us on our customer helpline number: +91 7024887262 (working hours 10 am to 7pm IST, Monday through Saturday except public holidays). One of our customer service executives will assist you through the process of cancelling your order. We will initiate the refund thereafter. This cannot be done once the product has been dispatched from our warehouse.
