Returns

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • It must be in its original packaging
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Note: Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective item
  • A wrong order

Contact us within 3 days with clear photos or videos as proof. We will review the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., chocolates, frozen snacks, beverages)

  • Sale items or discounted products
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different product, you can:

  1. Request a return (if eligible)
  2. Place a new order separately

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
